Victoria Ayodeji
Victoria Ayoedji graduated the Career Ready programme in 2017 and went on to study at the University of Cambridge.
Victoria says her time on the programme was so important to her confidence, experience and professional development and she now works to support people from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers to education and employment. -
Madalyn Mathews
Madalyn Mathews graduated the Career Ready programme in 2016 from Franklin College in North East Lincolnshire. She completed an internship in the supply chain department for one of the local area’s biggest employers.
Now a Digital Marketing Assistant, Madalyn has returned to Career Ready as a volunteer and successfully mentored for three years. -
Brandon Herbert
Brandon Herbert, from Knightswood Secondary School in Glasgow, is one of our 2022 Students of the Year. He enjoyed a four-week paid internship at NatWest and the support from his mentor Gill gave him the skills and confidence to kickstart a rewarding future.
"To someone thinking of joining the Career Ready programme I would say – do it, as simple as that. It’s an amazing experience. You build skills, relationships, and a sense of what the working world is like."
