Video transcript:

So I did my internship at SFK Multisports in Leicester.

It’s a community college based charity, and it helps to look after children during summer and help them keep active.

So I worked as a coach, helping them in specifically football, but other sports like dodgeball and also for the children that don’t really like sports, arts and crafts.

I learnt a lot about adaptability while being there because I had to shift between how I talk to children and how I talk to adults to make them feel more comfortable.

I learnt a lot of communication skills, and I left with my chin held high, and leadership skills. I feel more confident, definitely.
