“Career Ready allows us to engage with young people in a way that we haven’t before,” says James.
“We have a real range of careers that I know many young people don’t even know about.
“Very much our work with Career Ready has been about opening those doors, and driving more young people to see the opportunities, and the long-term career prospects that can be made with organisations like CBRE.”
Since our partnership began, 13 former Career Ready interns have gone on to apprenticeships at CBRE.
