The benefits of partnering with Career Ready for Allianz is that, you know, we’ve got young people coming into our industry.

It’s difficult for us to recruit young people so getting them into our business helps us find young talent and diverse young talent, which is what we need as a business to thrive.

From the start of when we were doing the first mentoring sessions up to now, which is, which is the internship, the progression in the relationship and just the trust there It’s been really nice to see. They’ve really come out of their shell throughout the internship, and they seem to have really enjoyed it.

One thing that he did say before starting the internship was to gain skills in networking and communication. And I think, yeah, he’s definitely achieved that.

I think the highlight for me is having young people, in our business finding out about what we do, hopefully giving them some insight into insurance, which will maybe make them think of insurance as a career.

This has been like a unique experience for me.

It did help me know more about myself because insurance is something now that I’m interested in.

The thing I enjoyed most about the internship, I think, was definitely meeting all the other interns and the grads, and just everyone that works here at Allianz, seeing what a day in Allianz is like.

I think we definitely need that youthful you know, inspiration in our company and it’s just a different spin on things.

A thing for me was more about gaining confidence for myself. That’s something that I’ve definitely gained from this experience.
