Seeing how a business works first hand can be an unforgettable experience for a young person and open their eyes to a brand new sector or job role.
We have arranged visits to employers across London for groups of young people and a members of school staff. Students will get the opportunity to tour the workplace, see what really goes on in the world of work, and learn from the experience, behaviour, and attitude of the employees.
Lasting approximately from 1-3pm, visits usually start with lunch and a tour of the workplace followed by a workshop or a masterclass. In these workshops, students learn about employability skills (such as CV writing or dressing for success) to the organisational structure of the business.
