My journey with Career Ready began over a decade ago – in 2014, as a mentee. Through that experience, I gained invaluable guidance and support which has shaped my career path since.

Chair of our Youth Advisory Board
I’m passionate about social mobility and giving back, so after I graduated from university, I became a mentor myself.
This gave me the opportunity to use my own experiences to support and inspire the next generation. I’m particularly passionate about helping young people from low socio-economic backgrounds.
Demonstrating my deep commitment to youth development, I joined Career Ready’s Youth Advisory Board in 2024, with the aim of actively contributing to its mission.
Outside of Career Ready, I’m a Civil Engineer, with a background in Project Management. I understand first-hand the importance of mentorship, networking and industry exposure in shaping a successful career.
Now, as Chair of the Youth Advisory Board, I’m dedicated to amplifying young voices, driving positive change, and ensuring that Career Ready continues to empower young people. I’m focused on stimulating meaningful discussion that will help drive Career Ready’s future initatives, aiding with equipping young people with the skills, confidence and opportunities they need to thrive in the future.
Through my leadership, I aim to foster stronger connections between education and the workplace, ensuring Career Ready continues to empower students from all backgrounds.
