Our mission

Talent is everywhere, opportunity isn’t  

We believe that every young person deserves the opportunity to kickstart a rewarding future.

However, the futures of far too many young people are determined by background, not potential, with their talents going underrepresented in certain sectors.

With the office and real estate sector traditionally struggling to connect with talent from underrepresented backgrounds. 

Career Ready and the BCO aim to change this by connecting young people to the workplace opportunities and support they need to kickstart a rewarding career in the sector.

Being in an environment where employees are so passionate about their job has inspired me and confirmed my desire to pursue a career in property. I’m proud to have been a part of Savills this week and I’m excited for apprenticeship application to open.

We are very excited about our partnership with Career Ready.
