Understanding Personal Branding will provide advantages in your participant’s personal and professional lives. Branding is a mix of how you present yourself and how others see you. It is important to be aware of how you are viewed.

• Utilise Social Media e.g: LinkedIn, Instagram to help you build your personal brand, online presence and define and influence how others see you, your visions and passions

• Plan the steps for your success

About the hosts:

Victoria graduated from the University of Cambridge in 2021. During her time at university, she was nationally recognised with the Outstanding Achievement Award and UpReach Top Ten Award at the House of Lords for the UK Student Social Mobility Awards and was selected as Powerful Media’s Top 100 Future Leaders. Most recently, she became as one of the global winners of the prestigious McKinsey & Company Achievement Award. Passionate about enacting social change through access to education, she has spent the last 8 years engaging in activities that align with this. Her projects and initiatives have positively impacted hundreds of people across the UK and abroad. Victoria uses her personal experiences through public speaking, mentoring, coaching and advocacy work to support people from diverse backgrounds to overcome barriers to education and employment, providing them with access to opportunities to reach their full potential.
