How to support neurodiverse talent in your business
With an estimated one in seven people (more than 15 per cent of people in the UK) being neurodivergent, it’s important for all employers to understand the importance of embracing and supporting neurodiverse talent.
In our latest event, The Courtyard SEND school and our employer panel will share their experience of what’s worked well (and not so well) with co-designed work experience programmes in the past, as well as key questions including:
- How has your business championed diversity of thought and become autism friendly?
- How have you changed your recruitment practices/onboarding programmes?
- How can schools/colleges and employers better work together to support young people entering the workplace?
