Tokunbo Ajasa-Oluwa, Career Ready CEO

Tokunbo joined Career Ready, the UK-wide social mobility charity, in January 2020, following his role as CEO of the Foyer Federation. He has a track record of executing innovative concepts, particularly within the media and youth development sectors.

He was a Cabinet Office appointed Social Enterprise Ambassador from 2007-2010 and invited to 10 Downing Street three years in a row to advise on diversity, youth development, and social entrepreneurship. He was highly commended at the 2021 Third Sector Awards as a ‘Rising Chief Executive’.

Victoria Ayodeji, Career Ready Youth Advisory Board Chair

Victoria Ayoedji graduated from the Career Ready programme in 2017. Now a graduate of the University of Cambridge, she is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their potential in life, helping to mentor other students. She is also the chairperson of the Career Ready Youth Advisory Board.
