Celebrating our UK-wide network of young people, volunteers, schools, and colleges. 

Held at The Drapers’ Hall in London on Wednesday 27 April, the Career Ready Awards celebrated the outstanding achievements and commitment of our network of young people, volunteers, schools, and colleges over the last year.

Our Awards

We were thrilled recognise our network across the following categories: 

Supported by Foxtons, our Student of the Year Award recognised our students across the UK who have shown the utmost commitment to the programme and who have progressed the most in becoming career ready. Our winners were:

Supported by Citi Foundation, our Volunteer Champion of the Year Award recognised Career Ready volunteers who have provided a high level of support across our programmes and wider work as a charity. Our winners were

Supported by Savills, our Mentor of the Year Award recognised Career Ready mentors who have provided outstanding support to students on our programme. Our winners were:

Our Anne Spackman Giving Back Award recognises members of our Alumni Network who have given back through volunteering and wider support. Our winners were:

I developed a lot throughout my time on the Career Ready programme, much of which is down to the support of my mentor. She knew how to support me with my dyslexia and ensured it didn’t hold me back in any way.
