He was highly commended at the 2021 Third Sector Awards as a ‘Rising Chief Executive’. \n\n\n\nVictoria Ayodeji\, Career Ready Youth Advisory Board Chair\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nVictoria Ayoedji graduated from the Career Ready programme in 2017. Now a graduate of the University of Cambridge\, she is passionate about empowering young people to achieve their potential in life\, helping to mentor other students.
