She was nominated to the 2022 Social Entrepreneurs Index as ‘one to watch’. \nGelly  Gnissios is the incubator lead for Oxford University Business School. Gelly works with innovative start-ups and small businesses to identify drivers of growth and develop strategies to scale. Gelly has extensive background with early-stage start-ups\, and a first-hand insight into the requirements and demands of investors.
